After 20 years in the industry, Temmy Ylagan still marvels at how exciting real estate can be.

"It's such a dynamic industry", says Temmy, "and I love the wheeling and dealing and meeting people. I feel that I have a moral obligation to help people whenever I can, and this industry allows me that pleasure."

Temmy specialises in executive and luxury townhomes and condominiums in the Vancouver area, as well as mid-priced family homes. As a life member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver's Medallion Club and a recipient of a RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, he has helped hundreds of families find the right home. One of these families in particular illustrates his commitment to helping people sow the seeds of their real estate dreams.

With family and friends scattered around the world, Temmy often gets the chance to travel, but always enjoys coming home to Vancouver.

"This is such a beautiful city, and I love that our lifestyle is so well balanced between work and play" he says.
